Write for us
We welcome pitches that help readers think more clearly about values, boundaries, self-expression, decisions or reflection. A strong proposal is specific, humane and useful without claiming to know what every reader should do.
What to propose
Send an idea with a clear question or point of view, the reader it would serve and a short outline of how the piece would develop. We are interested in distinct angles, grounded examples and writing that leaves space for different circumstances.
A good fit
Proposals should suit an evergreen publication and offer something more than a list of universal rules. Explain what makes the subject worth considering and how you would handle uncertainty, differing experiences or limits to the advice.
How to send a pitch
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial option. Include a working title, a concise summary and any relevant experience you want us to consider. Do not send confidential personal details; a proposal is not a promise of publication.
A life need not follow a template.
We believe good choices begin with noticing what matters to you, not borrowing someone else's definition of a life well lived.
